So, I know you guys see stuff like this ALL the time, and the list usually consists of BULL**** like surveys and little games you can play to “make money online fast.” Half the time it’s like .07 cents per survey, or you’ll have a plethora of BIG, BOLD questions in succession leading to some kind of offer. OR you’ll download some games and make a bunch of coins after HOURS of playing- Just to learn you can’t cash out until you’ve made One Gazillion Dollars! Ugh! I see it ALL the time! I’m sick of it too! So, I’m here to give you guys the REAL LIST. The NO-BULL LIST. The NO SHAM LIST. The real “How to Make Money Online Fast” LIST! Start doing deliveries, this has legit become a full-time job for some people. It started off as a “side-hustle,” but now it is taking over! There are food-delivery platforms, people-delivery platforms, and package-delivery platforms. There are also some super-specific delivery niches such as animal/pet delivery, large-item delivery, and movers. Read on to find out How to Make Money Online Fast – As a Delivery Driver! Food Delivery Platforms

Food delivery has become such a normal thing nowadays. I remember when it first popped up on the food and grocery scene- and I was kinda’ skeptical to be honest. I think everyone was a bit apprehensive at first, but still a bit excited about the concept. Most of these food-delivery platforms offer very flexible hours (work when you want), flexible locations (work where you want), and even flexible payment options (get paid at the end of the week, end of the day, and some even pay you after each delivery!).

1. UberEats: A very popular food delivery service that allows users to order meals from local restaurants. Users can also order groceries from local stores, through its app or website. Delivery drivers are being hired as contractors constantly! In pretty much every city, too. Uber Eats offers flexible work opportunities for drivers who can deliver meals/food/groceries during their chosen times. Earnings are based on a per-delivery fee, distance traveled, and tips from customers. Uber Eats also offers something called Instant-Pay; which allows drivers to cash out their earnings after they make a delivery, up to five times a day! Another cool thing about Uber Eats- they will let you deliver for them in a car, on a scooter, on a bicycle, or in some locations- even on foot!
2. DoorDash: Delivery drivers for DoorDash are known as “Dashers.” Dashers have the coolest app where you can see which city around you is the busiest, they even offer more money to work in the busier areas during certain times, called “PeakPay.” They also have “challenges,” for Dashers to earn more money, which usually look a little like this- “Complete 15 deliveries between Monday 12:00 am and Sunday 11:59 pm to earn a bonus of $20!” Dashers are automatically enrolled in challenges in their area, no need to opt-in manually. Dashers are paid a base-rate per delivery, plus tips, and plus any promotional earnings. The sign-up process is super straightforward and easy.
3. GrubHub: GrubHub drivers can work when they want and where they want. Drivers are paid per delivery, based on distance and time required for each delivery, plus tips from customers. Grubhub also has a pretty cool feature called “Scheduling,” which lets you reserve time blocks ahead of time to ensure you have your own delivery hours set in stone.
4. Instacart: Instacart is so freaking cool! However, when I tried to sign up in my closest metropolitan area (since I live in a rural area), they had put me on a waiting list. However, this was within the first few years of them popping up on the East Coast, and in my state. Instacart offers two different roles you can apply for: full-service shoppers, and in-store shoppers. Full-service shoppers, as you can probably guess, offer the full service, meaning they actually go into the stores and shop for their customers AND then deliver the order. In-store shoppers (pretty self-explanatory), just do the in-store shopping for customers, then someone else completes the deliveries. Instacart shoppers get to choose their own hours. They are paid per batch of groceries they complete, plus tips, of course. In-store shoppers are actually paid as part-time employees. Instacart also gives shoppers the opportunity to earn more during peak hours and busy or holiday seasons.
5. Shipt: Shipt drivers deliver groceries and household items from local stores to customers. Shipt drivers can set their own schedules and choose which individual orders they want to accept or not. Shipt pays drivers per order, based on the size and complexity of the order, plus tips. Shipt also offers bonuses and has a supportive community for its drivers.
6. Walmart+: Walmart+ food deliveries are primarily handled by Spark Drivers. Spark drivers are also independent contractors. They deliver orders not only from Walmart+, but from other stores such as Sam’s Club, or even Home Depot. Store employees prepare the customer orders, pack ’em up, and Spark Drivers pick them up and make the deliveries. Spark Drivers can choose their own hours and decide how many deliveries they want to make. They are paid per delivery, based on distance and order complexity, plus tips from customers. The Spark app also offers opportunities for drivers to earn bonuses and incentives during peak times!
7. AmazonFresh: Amazon Fresh Drivers are independent contractors that are a part of the Amazon Flex Program. Fresh drivers pick up grocery orders from Amazon Fresh warehouses or Whole Foods locations. Drivers select delivery blocks, or specific time slots during which they will make deliveries. Blocks range from 2-6 hours. Drivers are paid per delivery block, typically ranging from about $18 to $25 an hour, plus tips. To start driving with Amazon Fresh you need to sign up for Amazon Flex. You’ll also need to complete a background check, meet vehicle requirements (insurance, etc.), download the app, and start delivering!

People-Delivery Platforms

1. Uber: Uber is one of the largest ride-sharing platforms in the world! Uber drivers are independent contractors who use their own vehicles to drive passengers to various locations. Think of it being kinda’ like a taxi driver but using your own personal vehicle. Drivers choose their own hours and locations. Drivers are paid based on the distance and time of each trip, plus tips from passengers. The app also provides features like “surge-pricing,” which increases fares (the money you make per ride) during high-demand periods.
2. Lyft: Lyft is another major ride-sharing platform that competes with Uber. They are actually, pretty darn similar to Uber, for both passengers and drivers. Independent contractors use their personal vehicles to transport passengers to various locations. Drivers earn money based on distance and time, plus tips from passengers. Lyft also offers incentives and bonuses for drivers, for example, “Complete 15 rides in 3 days for an additional $20!”
3. Via: Another ride-sharing platform that focuses on sharing rides with multiple passengers heading in the same direction. Via is still up-and-coming, but they are operating in several major cities already. Once again, you’ll be an independent contractor using your own vehicle and choosing your own hours. Via is currently offering a $300 promotion right now too! The website states, “Driver partners can earn an extra $300 after completing onboarding and driving 30 hrs. This promotion is subject to change at any time.” They also have a “No Vehicle? No Problem” concept, where you can lease a vehicle from one of their partners. This is great if you don’t own one, or if you would rather avoid wear and tear on your own vehicle.
4. Wingz: Wingz specializes in pre-scheduled rides, particularly for airport transportation, events, or NEMT rides. Drivers can accept rides in advance and get paid based on distance and time, plus tips from passengers. You must be 25 years old and be able to pass a background check. They also have a driver’s program called NEMT Drivers. NEMT means “Non-Emergency Medical Transportation” drivers, which I think is super cool! These drivers must be 25 years old and be able to pass a background check. Drivers need to be able to pass a drug screen. They must also take part in an in-person evaluation (pretty much an interview). They are special drivers who help individuals get to and from medical appointments that are non-emergency. So, adult day-care, preventative medicine, dialysis, mental-health, and other non-emergency medical appointment transportation!
5. HopSkipDrive: A ride service designed for transporting children. This platform has a lot of requirements though (as it should!) and should be taken SO VERY SERIOUSLY. Just like the NEMT Rides with Wingz. HopSkipDrive requires a bit more than the other platforms. They require a minimum of 5+ years of caregiving experience, require you to pass a very thorough background check, and own a 4-7-passenger vehicle. HopSkipDrive drivers are called “CareDrivers,” and they are offering newly certified CareDrivers a pretty awesome promotion right now: “New fully qualified CareDrivers can earn up to $50/trip during HopSkipDrive’s Welcome Guarantee promotion, which guarantees you will earn $500 for 10 completed trips within the first 14 days immediately following your certification. After the Welcome Guarantee promotion ends, typical earnings for CareDrivers will vary depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the metropolitan area (metro) in which a CareDriver claims rides, ride volume in a metro, CareDriver availability in a metro and other factors relating to the HopSkipDrive platform.” They are currently in a limited number of large, metropolitan areas but they are expanding rapidly! If you live in or near any of these metro areas, have a clean background, and have 5+ years of caregiving experience you should apply; [Metro cities] Nashville, TN, Richmond, V.A, Philly and Pittsburgh, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Madison, and Milwaukee, Sacramento and Sandiego, C.A, Seattle and Spokane, Washington, Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, Denver and Colorado Springs, and Kansas City.

Super-Specific Niche drivers

1. CitizenShipper: A unique platform for drivers who can transport pets, large items, and even vehicles. Drivers transporting large items use their own trucks or vans to move items across town or even across the country! Drivers can choose which deliveries they want to make and can choose which ways they accept payment. Direct payment is where drivers receive payment directly from customers through various methods such as cash, check, PayPal, Square, CashApp, etc. COD (Cash on Delivery) is where customers pay upon successful delivery of their shipment. Upfront payment is used often, but usually drivers negotiate a portion of the payment- upfront– to cover initial expenses, like gas. Drivers usually bid for jobs through CitizenShipper and can negotiate payment terms directly with customers. This platform can be very lucrative! And even offer a way to travel and see the country, most expenses paid!
2. GoShare: Drivers with GoShare usually move large items such as furniture but can also be hired for junk removal or moving help. You choose which jobs you want to accept and set your own schedule. GoShare also provides upfront pricing and/or weekly via direct deposit. Pay rates vary by vehicle type. For example, pickup trucks can earn up to $70/hour, cargo vans can earn up to $105/hour, and box trucks can make up to $168/hour! Your vehicle must be 2001 or newer.
3. Dolly: Dolly drivers are called “Helpers,” and they assist customers with moving or delivering large items. Helpers must be at least 18 years old and own a suitable vehicle, such as a truck, cargo van, or SUV with a trailer. Helpers must also be able to lift at least 75 pounds! One thing that may be a down side for certain people though- Payments are made twice a week. Drivers receive 100% of their tips though. Helpers can choose their own hours and accept jobs that fit their availability. The site claims that Helpers can make an average of $50/hour. They also hire “Hands” on the site, which are independent contractors, who can lift at least 75 pounds, and that help the driver. Hands make an average of $35/hour.
4. uShip: uShip is a marketplace for shipping various items, including pets. Drivers can bid on pet transportation jobs posted by customers. Drivers can choose which deliveries they want to make and are paid based on distance and complexity of the transport. Drivers on this platform are called “carriers,” and from the looks of it- Carriers are 18-wheeler drivers that have extra room in their trucks to make deliveries or are empty and looking for deliveries. Carriers are paid on delivery.
5. PetRelocation: PetRelocation specializes in transporting pets both domestically and internationally. They primarily employ their own staff, but they also work with independent contractors for specific routes and needs. Requirements are; Prior experience in handling and transporting animals (preferred), background check, suitable vehicle, and insurance (adequate coverage for the vehicle and the pets you transport). Independent contractors are typically paid per job, with rates varying based on distance and complexity.
6. Fetch!Pet Care: This platform hires independent contractors for transporting pets, as well as a variety of other jobs such as pet sitting or pet walking. Being a driver requires adequate insurance (coverage for vehicle and the pets being transported). They have jobs that are local such as transporting pets to local grooming or vet appointments and you can choose the jobs you’d like to take. Formal training isn’t required but Fetch! Pet Care offers orientation to ensure you perform services according to their standards. Earnings vary based on the type and number of assignments you accept, plus tips!
7. Blue Collar Pet Transport: Offers both shared and private pet transport services across North America. You must pass a background check to drive for them and have a suitable vehicle with adequate insurance. Some of their responsibilities include; safe and comfortable transport, customer updates (regular updates to pet owners, including photos and real-time tracking), and customized care (personalized care based on the needs of each pet, such as regular breaks and walks). Drivers are paid per job, based on distance and specific requirements of each transport. Drivers can choose which jobs they want to take.
8. Roadie: A crowdsourced delivery platform that connects drivers with businesses and individuals needing to send packages or parcels. Vehicle must be in good condition and size can vary based on the size of the deliveries you want to handle. Drivers must be 18 years or older, have a valid license, auto insurance, and a social security number. Drivers must also have a smartphone capable of running the Roadie App. The sign-up process is super quick, letting drivers start the same day as sign-up!

3. Mobile Phone Recycling:

I know you guys have seen the phone-recycling machine in big stores like Walmart, but did you know there are other places to sell your old, used cell phones, that pay a lot better, too? Ask your family members or friends if they have any old phones lying around as well and maybe you can sell a few of them at once! One site to try is GiffGaff Recycle, they will send you the money for your old phone, usually within 48 hours- straight to your bank account, OR you can put the money towards a shiny, new phone (used/refurbished) they are selling on the site! Another site is Mazuma, Mazuma buys used phones, tablets, smartwatches, game consoles, and laptops! They even offer same-day payment! Envirophone is another site to consider, especially if your old phone is pretty damaged. They also offer 12% off a refurbished phone (or other electronic item) once you sell them a used one! The platform has a huge stock of refurbished tech, .Or you can just go to SellMyMobile, which is a site that compares other phone selling sites’ prices. The cool part about SellMyMobile is that if you find a better rate within 24 hours of placing an order to sell your phone- they will refund you the difference!

4. Become a ClickWorker:

I freaking LOVE Clickworker! Clickworker is a crowdsourcing platform that connects businesses with a global workforce of remote workers, known as “clickworkers,” who complete small digital tasks, also known as microtasks. The microtasks are all pretty simple, usually simple data entry, website rating, taking pictures, rating apps, voice recording, etc. Payments are typically made through PayPal or direct deposit. I’ve done quite a few microtasks on ClickWorker and I’ll give it an 8/10! One of the microtasks I did was where I had to read a script of a fake doctor’s phone call and the site recorded me speaking to the “doctor.” It took me a whole 20 minutes (if that!) and I was paid $38.00!

5. Review Music for Money:

Review music from unsigned bands or artists for money. Simple as that! If you love music and don’t mind taking the time to listen to some bands or artists you may have never heard of- check this one out! SliceThePie is the site!

6. Pet Sitting or Dog-Walking!

Yes, I’ve even got you some sites and apps that connect you with pet owners who will pay you to walk their dogs and or “pet-sit” while their away on vacation!

Rover: One of the largest networks for pet sitters and dog walkers. You can set your own rates and schedule. Rover has services such as dog boarding, house-sitting, drop-in visits, doggy daycare, and dog walking! You can literally get paid to “drop in” at someone’s home and visit their pet!

The next platform is called Wag!: Wag is an app that connects dog walkers with pet owners who are in need of someone to take their dog/s for walks every now and then. I LOVE the Wag! App, it has a built-in GPS to track walks and allows you to set your own rates. They also look for people to perform these services as well- overnight pet care, drop-in visits, training, and even veterinary advice.However, Wag! Does equire an extensive background check.

Another platform is Care.com: Working for Care.com is pretty awesome, they have so many services you can get paid for on their site. They have a wide range of jobs including child care, senior care, pet care, housekeeping, and even tutoring! You can set your own schedule, create a profile showcasing your skills and experience, and then negotiate rates directly with customers!

Next, we have PetBacker. PetBacker also offers a variety of services, pet related only though, such as pet sitting, dog walking, pet boarding, grooming, and pet taxi services! Working for PetBacker allows you to set your own schedule and your own rates. Listing your services with this platform is completely free and you can start accepting jobs as soon as your profile is live!

Another pet-sitting platform is TrustedHouseSitters. If you love pets and would love an opportunity to travel- this is the platform for you!! TrustedHouseSitters connects pet owners with sitters who take care of their pets and their homes while they are away! As a sitter, you get to stay at different homes all around the world (or just local, if you prefer to stay close to home!) for free- in exchange for pet care! Just sign up, create a profile, list your experience, references, and you must pass a background check.

A few more you can check out are; Fetch! (dog walking, pet sitting, overnight care, and pet transportation), PetSitter.com (pet sitting, dog walking, overnight stays, grooming, boarding, and training), and Holidog (dog walking, pet sitting, dog boarding, cat boarding, and cat visits).

7. Sell Your Course Notes:

If you’re pretty good in class and take some good notes, preferably typed, then you should consider selling your notes to other students. Sites like Nexus Notes and Stuvia are free for you to list your notes. They take a small cut of any sales in return for connecting you with customers. Stuvia is a marketplace for selling study notes, summaries, etc.

Sellers on Stuvia make an average of $103/month. Nexus Notes is a subscription-based platform where you can upload notes, course guides, summaries, etc. You earn a percentage of the subscription revenue based on how often your materials are viewed. Course Hero is another site that allows you to upload course notes, study guides, assignments, etc. You can earn up to $25 per document and get paid when other students view or download your materials!

OneClass pays you to share your study notes and homework solutions. You earn money by uploading notes and participating in their Homework Help Solution. Oxbridge Notes accepts high-quality notes, essay plans, and sample answers. You earn a 72% commission on any sales. Notesgen is another note-selling platform, an app though, and it supports a wide range of subjects and allows you to set your own prices!

StudySoup allows you to become an Elite Notetaker and earn money by uploading your class notes and study guides. StudySoup says you can actually earn up to $500 per course! StudyPool is another one that states you can make up to $10 every time someone views your notes!

8.Sell Your Old Clothes…Or Someone Elses!

side hustle lemme explain! So, about two years ago I was cleaning houses as a side-hustle and I had just gotten an old single-wide trailer that needed to be emptied out and cleaned up to be sold. The family had moved out of the residence like 12 YEARS AGO! And you could tell it! BUT it seemed like they just up and left everything they owned! Clothes, pots and pans, newspapers, books, more clothes, decor, furniture, a mess, more clothes, and …*drum roll please*... an opportunity! As I was throwing away so much old junk in this trailer I was running across a lot of old vintage clothing that was in really good shape, just needed a good run through the washing machine (with a lot of fabric softener and good smelling dryer sheets). There were quite a few name-brand pieces as well, but vintage name-brand. I found some Levi denim jeans, a bunch of preppy Ralph Lauren blouses and skirts, Tommy Hilfiger sweatshirts and jackets, and more! I took all the name-brand vintage clothing home, washed them, and began taking some pictures of it all. Pictures of the shirts, pants, jackets, jeans, and their tags. Then I listed the items and their pics on various platforms. It might sound stupid to you, but I made a killing, and fast! Okay, so maybe not a “killing,” but I did make really good money, seriously! Here’s a few sites/apps/platforms where you can sell used clothing. They don’t HAVE to be name-brand either, guys! The more unique your clothing or accessory item is, the faster it is purchased! I was making $15-$35 off of vintage blouses and tops, $20-$65 off of name-brand, vintage jackets, sweatshirts, and coats, I made $15-$45 off of each pair of Levis Jeans, $5-$35 off of random non-name-brand items, $65 off of a vintage leather jacket in great condition, etc. If you have clothing you want to get rid of, that’s in good shape, (doesn’t have to be name-brand), check out these platforms!

ThredUp: Online consignment and thrift store that offers a wide range of secondhand clothing from various brands. I LOVE ThredUp! I used them quite a few times! They have this thing called a “Clean-Out Kit,” which is a “kit” they send you in the mail that includes a large bag for a bundle of clothing items you’re selling and a prepaid shipping label. Alternatively, you can print the shipping label and use your own box if you’d like. Pack the bag they send you- with gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories that you want to sell, drop the bag off at FedEx or a USPS location, depending on the shipping label provided, and then wait to hear how your items did! Standard processing can take several weeks for ThredUp to process your items, or you can pay a fee to have your items processed quicker, with expedited processing. ThredUp sells your items on consignment and you’ll earn a percentage of the sale price, which varies on brand, condition, and demand.

Poshmark: A social commerce marketplace where users can buy and sell new and used clothing, shoes, accessories, and home goods! (This is where I sold most of the name-brand vintage items). The Poshmark app makes it easy to list items, add pictures of the items and set prices. Once you make a sale- Poshmark will email you a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label. You just print your label, package your item, and drop the package off at USPS for no cost whatsoever! Poshmark is my fave! Once you start posting some nice items- you’ll gain followers, like a social media page. Give this one a try, it’s worth it guys!

Depop: Peer-to-peer social shopping app that allows users to buy and sell unique fashion items. Create an account, set up your profile, take clear photos, write detailed descriptions, and set your prices. Depop allows up to 4 photos per item. You can share your items on social media or within the Depop Community to increase visibility. Depop also provides shipping labels for convenience! Sellers can choose to be paid via PayPal or Depop Payments.

Vestiaire Collective: This platform is for pre-owned luxury fashion, authenticated designer items. Sell your high-quality fashion items such as clothing, accessories, and jewelry. This platform provides expert authentication services to verify authenticity. Sellers earn up to 80% of the sale price. When your item sells, you ship it to Vestiaire Collective, they check your item for authenticity and quality before sending it to the buyer, once the buyer receives their delivery, your money is released to you!

Grailed: Sell your Men’s Used high-end and streetwear brands. Grailed also provides shipping labels. There is a Grailed Community where you can share listings and engage with potential buyers to boost your visibility and sales. Grailed charges a 9% commission fee on sales plus payment processing fees. Grailed does offer authentication services as well. However, unless your high-end items have a high-risk of being counterfeit or “knockoff,” your items don’t have to go through the authentication process.

The RealReal: This platform is another luxury consignment platform that sells high-end designer clothing, accessories, bags, jewelry, and even home decor! Every item gets authenticated by experts to ensure its genuine. Sellers earn up to 85% of the sale price.

Vinted: This one is pretty cool, this platform is a marketplace for selling, buying, or even swapping secondhand clothing and accessories. List items you want to sell for free! Just take photos, describe your item, and set your price! This platform also doesn’t charge any selling fees! Sellers get to keep 100% of their earnings! They have a wide range of items from everyday wear to vintage and designer pieces. Buyers can negotiate prices with sellers directly.

9. Selling Pictures

No, get your heads out of the gutter! Not those kind of pictures! Stock Photos! Platforms like Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, iStock, and Alamy are great places to start this sorta thing! Let’s start with Shutterstock! First, create an account on the Shutterstock Contributor Website, then upload high-quality images. Make sure they meet the technical requirements, such as resolution and file format. Then add your metadata: Provide detailed titles, descriptions, and keywords for each photo. This helps buyers find your images easily. After you submit your images, the Shutterstock’s team will review your them for quality and compliance with guidelines, and approve you! You’ll earn royalty rates ranging from 15% to 40%, depending on your earnings tier. You can request a payout once you’ve reached $35 or more in your balance from earnings. The other platforms I mentioned are pretty similar regarding the selling process. But here are a few key differences;

Alamy: Has higher commission rates, ranging from 17% to 50%. Known for its diverse collection of stock images.

iStock: Provides both exclusive and non-exclusive options with varying royalty rates. Non-exclusive content can be sold on multiple platforms, not just iStock. Exclusive content can only be sold on iStock, so it pays a bit higher. Download the Contributor by Getty Images App from the App Store or Google Play. Submit 3-6 sample photos, illustrations, or photos for review, if your samples are approved, you’ll receive an invitation to join as a contributor.

Adobe Stock: 33% royalty rate. Sign up via the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal, create an Adobe ID (or link your existing Adobe ID), upload your first asset, and then submit your tax form.

10. Rent Out Your Space/s!

Like..All of your spaces! I’ve included all the different spaces in your life that you may or may not have- that you can rent out! I’m pretty sure by now we’ve all heard about platforms like AirBnB where you can rent out your home, guest house, or vacation home to other people as a vacation spot or just a weekend rental spot or whatever you wanna do! Well, VRBO is pretty much the same concept. But, have you heard about Parklet? Parklet is a platform where you can actually rent out your parking space! Haha, cool right?

Parklet, Neighbor, SPacer, and Prked: You can earn between $50-$300 per month on Neighbor depending on the location and type of parking space! Spacer allows you to compare prices and find the best rates for your space. And Prked helps you rent out extra space for parking or storage. You can rent them out short or long term and choose your own rates!

11. Giggster

Yeah, you’ve heard about renting your house out for people short-term...but you LIVE there! How can you STILL make money off of your home? Don’t worry best friend! I’ve GOT YOU! Have you heard about Giggster?

Giggster and SetScouter are platforms that connect homeowners with production teams looking for various filming locations! Yes! You can rent your house out for filming productions! Lavish Locations: This one specializes in high-end properties for film, TV, and commercial shoots.

11. Sell Your Internet Bandwidth:

Apps like Honeygain and PacketStream pay you for sharing your unused internet bandwidth. This is a super easy way to earn passive income, and there are like a zillion more apps and companies that do this!

12. Express Your Detailed Opinions for Money!

In Focus Groups! I have participated in a few of these, so I wouldn’t be steering you guys wrong. Companies like Respondent and User Interviews pay you to join group sessions where you and a few others talk about and share your opinions on various products and services. These sessions usually pay pretty darn good, anywhere from about $50-$250. However, I have seen some that pay even higher than that! Personally, I like Respondent. They connect researchers with participants for various studies, including focus groups, and they are constantly inviting users to participate in new opportunities, which seems like every couple of days in my inbox! Here’s a couple more;

Ipsos i-Say: A large market research company that offers paid focus groups, averaging around $100/per hour.

American Consumer Opinion: This one offers both surveys and focus groups with payments ranging from $50 to $200 per session.

13. Read Out Loud!

Narrating for audiobooks is a great way to make money online! I actually LOVE voice acting or narrating! I have lways enjoyed reading, acting, drama, and money, of course, so put ’em all together and you get AudioBooks Narration!

Voices.com: A Marketplace for voice-over work, including audiobook narration, commercials, etc.

Voices123: Another great platform for audiobook narration and voice-over work!

ACX: (Audiobook Creation Exchange). Owned by Amazon, and is one of my fave platforms for audiobook narration.

Findaway Voices: A website that connects narrators with authors and publishers to produce audiobooks.

Audible: Another one owned by Amazon, offers opportunities for narrators through ACX.

You can start on any of these platforms by creating an account, making your profile, explaining which genres you’d like to narrate or what you’re comfortable with regarding voice-over work and audiobooks, and then you need to upload a few samples of your voice. I went online and looked for a popular commercial script and a monologue script. I recorded them both (separately) and uploaded them as samples. Then I found another short piece from a popular movie where the character had a southern/country accent. It’s good to have samples with diversity, show them you are versatile! It’s also good to give them samples where you can show various tones of voice such as “happy/excited” in a commercial script, “sad/upset/angry,” or “professional, clear, informative,” for a medical-prescription commercial script. There are so many different accents, narrating styles, and tones of voice you could provide samples of- to catch an author’s attention and get booked!

14. Selling Handmade Goods:

If you are creative and have some spare time on your hands and need to make money! This one is great for you!

1. Etsy: Etsy is one of the most popular marketplaces for handmade and vintage items. It has a large, dedicated customer base looking for unique, hand-crafted products. Listing fee of $0.20 cents per item you list to sell. Payment processing fee of 3% + $0.25

2. Amazon Handmade: A section of Amazon dedicated to artisans selling handcrafted goods. You’ll need a professional selling plan, which is $39.99 per month, however, this fee is waived for approved handmade sellers.

3. Shopify: Allows you to create your own online store to sell handmade goods (or anything else). Monthly subscription fees starting at $29, plus transaction fees, unless you use Shopify Payments. You can customize your storefront website with your own style.

4. Facebook Marketplace: Local selling platform where you can list handmade items for sale. No listing fees, however, there may be a small fee for shipping and handling or payment processing, unless you are delivering your goods in person.

5. iCraft: Marketplace designed specifically for handmade items. Subscription is $5/per month, with no listing or transaction fees.
